A. General Rules:
1. The
tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the current laws of
the IBF as adapted by the PBA. However, in matters not covered
by these rules and regulations, decision shall rest with the
Tournament Director and Organizing Committee
2. Each
Participating Team / School shall submit to the Organizing Committee
the list of Players and their corresponding events to play.
3. A
player can play once in every team tie.
4. All
players are required to use their school badminton uniform.
5. Only the Coach shall
be allowed to approach the table's official with regards to
inquiries and verification.
6. A fifteen minutes (
15 ) grace period in the scheduled tie will be given otherwise the
team / player will be declared lose be walk - over.
7. In case of injury,
the player can not be replace or substituted by another player.
8. In case of force
majeure and the ongoing tie will be impossible to continue such tie
shall be continued on a later time / date from the point where it
was distupted.
9. The decision of the
Referee / Tournament Director on any question during the competition
shall be fnal.
B. Fielding of Players:
1. The
WNCAA rules the minimum and the maximum number of players to be
fielded per tie will apply.
2. Each
Team / School shall submit their entries for team tie right after
the drawing of lots.
3. Fielding
forms will be made available to the coaches at least thirty ( 30 )
minutes 15 minutes before each tie. The filled out
forms
should be submitted to match control at least 15 minutes before the
scheduled start of the tie.
4. The
entry form shall be duly signed by the coach or team captain.
5. When
the entry form is submitted, no changes shall be made.
C. Format of
Competition:
1. Team tie of Team
competition
2. Shall be played in Groupings Round robin.
2.1.1 Two Groups in Collegiate Level & Two Groups in
Secondary.
2.1.2 Top 2 per group in Secondary Level.
3. Best - of - three ties ( series )
4. Scoring System will be Rally 21 - point.

shall be as follow:

2nd Singles
E. Date and

F. Draws and
Schedules:
1.
The draw will be held one ( 1 ) hour before the actual competition.
2.
Coaches or Team captain shall be the one to make the draw to
determine their opponent.
3.
The games will commence at exactly 8:00 am, Team Manager / Coaches
are requested to attend the draw one hour
before the actual competition.
G. Entry
of player:
1.
Each Team / School shall submit their entries for team tie right
after the drawing of lots.
H.
Protest:
1.
Protest on players eligibility will be settled at the WNCAA level.
2.
Protest on tournament administration and rules of play will be
settled at the level of the Tournament Referee or
Tournament Director.
3.
All protest shall be handed over the Tournament Director within 15
minutes after the match or ties.
4.
Schedule of tie / match must proceed accordingly and must not be
interrupted by the protest.
