Men's National Collegiate Athletic Association
(MNCAA)

The Men’s National Collegiate Athletic Association (MNCAA) is the counterpart of the Women’s National Collegiate Athletic Association (WNCAA).

MNCAA was born in 2004 through its WNCAA member-schools who initiated the move to organize a Men’s League to the Executive Council.  It was through a unanimous vote that this MNCAA was born.

All member-schools who were coed both in the juniors and seniors division were invited to join.

Angelicum College (AC), De La Salle Zobel (DLSZ), Chiang Kai Shek College (CKSC), St. Stephen’s High School (SSHS), San Beda College Alabang (SBCA), Philippine Women’s University (PWU), Centro Escolar University (CEU), and La Consolacion College Manila (LCCM) were the first schools who open the 1st MNCAA Season.

The League unfolds during the 2nd semester of the school year and has basketball, volleyball and futsal as main sport-events. The League is run by the Executive Council headed by the President and its Board of Directors.

Due to limited funds and minimal fees contributed by its members, the Executive Council temporarily set aside the juniors division on its 3rd year of existence and concentrated in running the seniors division.

Every season, new schools send their letter of intent to join the League. Non-member schools of the WNCAA who wish to join the MNCAA are now welcome to join the League as long as they pass the requirements.

The MNCAA follows the same Mission-Vision  and Objectives of the WNCAA.
